This provision is outstanding • Teaching is highly effective and there is an excellent focus on learning, both indoors and outdoors.

Children thoroughly immerse themselves in the exciting activities available, and staff capture children's natural curiosity to learn and explore. • Leaders and managers work exceptionally well together. They draw on their experience to provide all children with the highest possible levels of care and education.

• Staff monitor children's progress meticulously and make precise and accurate assessments of children's learning from the outset. They are extremely attentive and responsive to children's individual learning needs. All children make... rapid progress from their respective starting points.

• The highly stimulating outdoor environment supports children's physical development exceptionally well. Children are confident and highly independent. Staff deployment is extremely effective and staff provide the right amount of support to encourage children to follow their own play ideas.

• Staff are friendly and get to know the children exceptionally well. They are extremely supportive of children who need additional help to understand expectations of their behaviour. As a result, children's behaviour is exemplary throughout the nursery.

• Staff develop highly successful partnerships with parents. They work closely with them to support their children to achieve their full potential and maximise their learning. For instance, staff provide training sessions for parents on how they can help to prepare their children in readiness for starting school.

• Leaders and managers demonstrate a strong drive to continually reflect on their practice to deliver the best possible outcomes for all children. They embrace the views of parents, staff and children to help them review all aspects of the provision. Leaders and managers implement extremely thorough and focused development plans to help them maintain practice of the highest quality.
