This provision is goodnDirectors provide good leadership to the staff team. There is a shared vision to provide good-quality care for all children attending before- and after-school sessions and holiday clubs.

nSelf-evaluation is used well to help identify the club's strengths and determine plans to provide further exciting experiences for children.nStaff provide good support for children to develop the skills and knowledge they need in readiness to continue with their learning in school. nChildren enjoy a wide variety of activities and develop new interests to keep them fully engaged while at the club.

nChildren are happy and enjoy the time they spend at the club. They f...orm secure emotional attachments and develop good relationships with their peers and staff. nAlthough managers monitor and discuss staff's performance, they do not provide incisive evaluation to support staff to further improve their practice.
