She precisely targets areas to develop to maintain children's high level of achievement and commitment to learning. Teaching is highly responsive to children's needs. Babies thrive in the language-rich environment.

Staff talk to babies, who excitedly respond through sound and facial expression. Staff who work with older children are especially skilful in adapting activities to ensure all children, regardless of ability, have high-qual...ity learning opportunities. Children develop exceptionally strong and secure attachments with staff.
