The provision is good • The management team is ambitious about the ongoing development of the nursery and improving outcomes for children.

Systems for staff supervision enable managers to identify strengths in practice and areas for development, which helps to improve outcomes for children. • Parents are very complimentary about the nursery. They comment that their children are happy and safe, and learn to treat one another with respect.

• Children are well prepared for the transition into school. The nursery has developed effective partnerships with local schools to support children as they prepare for the next steps in their learning.
