She uses self-evaluation to quickly identify areas for development and takes prompt action. This helps to maintain the excellent quality of teaching and outcomes for children. • Children make rapid progress in this outstanding nursery.

Staff use accurate assessments and children's interests to provide a rich variety of exciting learning experiences. Staff skilfully encourage children to think creatively and find their own solutions. Children are inquisitive and eager to learn.

• Partnerships with parents are strongly prioritised, helping to provi...de the best start for children. Staff use individual records, regular meetings and workshops to share information about children's progress. They help parents to find ways to support their children's learning at home.

• Staff know each child and their family exceptionally well. They visit children at home and warmly welcome children into the nursery. Children settle very quickly, and they feel happy and secure.

• There are effective safeguarding systems to protect children. All staff are knowledgeable about the signs and symptoms which indicate a child is at risk of harm. They know the procedures to follow to report any concerns.

• Staff are exemplary role models for children. They teach children about good manners and the importance of being respectful and kind towards others. Children fully understand staff's high expectations of them and behave exceptionally well.
