This provision is good Managers and staff are dedicated and focus well on making positive changes and improvements.

There are established supervision systems for staff performance. For instance, staff receive regular feedback, coaching and training to extend their knowledge and improve their teaching skills further. The key-person system successfully supports children's emotional well-being.

Staff know children's individual needs and characters to help to support them effectively. Staff work closely with parents and provide regular information about their child's development. They share ideas for parents to support their child's learning at home.

Staff clearly c...ommunicate behavioural expectations and are good role models to children. They gently remind children of the rules and promote positive behaviour. Children listen carefully, respond well to staff and learn to play together effectively.

Parents highly praise staff for their caring and nurturing approach to supporting their child's development.
