This provision is good The providers are committed to developing staff's knowledge and skills. All staff are well qualified or working towards developing their practice through studying for further qualifications. Since the last inspection, staff have developed exceptionally strong links with teachers at the host school.

They exchange a wealth of information that helps to promote a seamless learning experience for children between the club and school each day. Some aspects of staff's teaching are outstanding, including their promotion of children's physical, personal, social and emotional development. The standard of care is outstanding.

Staff go above and beyond to meet... children's individual needs. Children enjoy being at the club. Staff promote children's well-being exceptionally well.

Children thrive in the club because of the very strong attachments they have formed with staff. Staff foster children's concentration, engagement and thinking skills to the highest level. This helps children to develop skills at the club ready for the next stage in their learning.

The management team closely checks the progress made by all children in their development. They speak with children's teachers at the earliest opportunity when they have concerns about children to help them get the support they might need. It is not yet outstanding because: The leaders monitoring and evaluation of staff are not yet robust enough to ensure all aspects of staff's practice are outstanding.
