Staff provide good opportunities for parents to support their children's learning. • The manager provides good levels of support to staff, such as ...through regular supervision. She identifies and supports their training and work needs.

For instance, staff have attended a range of courses, including a course on behaviour management which led to better practice in this area. It is not yet outstanding because: • Staff have not fully developed the outdoor area to enhance the experiences of those children who prefer to play and learn outdoors. • Staff do not make the most of opportunities to help children learn about and use technology.
