This provision is good Children thoroughly enjoy attending the setting. They excitedly arrive and immediately find activities to take part in.

Children are motivated to play and learn. The staff team is enthusiastic and energetic. Staff ensure there is a variety of activities available for children to choose from and they support children's play.

Staff clearly enjoy working with children. Staff know all children very well. They understand their individual needs and ensure these are always met.

Staff are friendly, reassuring and ensure that children feel safe and secure in the setting. Staff understand their responsibility to protect children from harm. They safe...guard children well.

Staff liaise with parents daily and inform them of activities children enjoy. Parents are complimentary about the staff and say they would recommend the setting to others. Children behave very well.

They understand the rules and boundaries of the setting and are polite, courteous and kind. It is not yet outstanding because: The manager does not consistently use staff supervisions to raise their already good practice to the highest level. Staff do not routinely gather the views of parents to improve the setting even further.
