Ysgol-Y-Graig is a community primary school in the village of Cefn Coed, which is in the Merthyr Tydfil local authority. In April 2013, Ysgol-Y-Graig increased its age range to 3 to 11, integrating the children from Trefechan Nursery, which had previously operated as a separate school.
