The provision meets requirements Safeguarding is a high priority at the setting.

The team leader and all staff have a robust understanding of their responsibilities to safeguard children. They know what to do if they have any concerns about the welfare of the child. The team leader demonstrates an awareness of the importance of working closely with parents.

She understands the need to share relevant information with all other professionals involved in children's care, including schools and social workers. Staff are well trained to care for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. They explain how they will develop positive trusting relationships with ...children to help them feel safe and secure at the setting.

The team leader discusses how self-evaluation is in place that helps drive improvements to the setting. The team leader explains that the premises and any outings to the local park will be thoroughly risk assessed to keep children safe. Staff know how to provide children with a range of experiences and play opportunities.

The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. The inspector took a tour of the setting with the team leader and looked in areas she intends to use for early years children. The inspector took the setting's self-evaluation and development plans into consideration. The inspector held meetings with the team leader, area manager and staff during the inspection.
