Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is good The management team is passionate, committed and has a clear vision for the nursery. Managers show an excellent attitude to enhancing practice where necessary and have made sustained improvements since opening.

Children who have special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities are given excellent support. Staff work collaboratively with all involved in their care and learning, including other professionals, and advice is accurately threaded into individual plans. Children are happy, confident and excitedly welcome new visitors to the nursery.

They enjoy positive relationships with their key-person who enthusiastically acknowledge and value child...ren's contributions and home experiences. Children's physical and emotional well-being is high and they make good progress in their learning. Children have wonderful opportunities to learn about themselves, the lives of others and the wider world, this helps promote their understanding of difference well.

It is not yet outstanding because: The performance management of staff does not yet provide the manager with in-depth evaluations of staff teaching to raise the quality to the highest levels. Staff are not always aware of when children loose concentration and become less engaged in their activities. Although parents are provided with a wide range of opportunities to be involved in their children's ongoing learning, this is not implemented as effectively when children first start.
