This provision is good The manager effectively monitors individual children's progress and that of different groups of children, to close any emerging gaps in their development successfully.

For example, she has effectively implemented strategies, such as some focused group activities to enhance children's communication and speaking skills. Partnerships with parents are strong. Staff use various ways to engage and involve parents effectively in their children's learning.

Parents value the good-quality care that staff provide. Additional funding is used effectively to meet the individual needs of the children. For instance, children benefit from support provided from outs...ide agencies to help enhance their language development.

All children make good progress in their learning and development from their starting points. Staff constantly praise children for their success and achievements. They have strong relationships with children and are very sensitive and responsive to their needs.

It is not yet outstanding because: At times, staff do not make full use of their interactions with children to consistently extend children's learning further. Staff do not consistently support children's understanding of how to keep themselves healthy. At times, they do not monitor children washing their hands well enough to make sure that this practice is consistently embedded naturally into routines.
