This provision is good • The manager has worked hard to evaluate the quality of the provision and make ongoing improvements to benefit the children. She and the training manager implement effective training and support to improve staff's teaching skills. • Staff plan and provide a broad range of activities and experiences that help all children to make good progress.

• Staff develop warm relationships with children and meet their needs well during everyday activities and routines. • Staff work well with parents to understand and meet their child's individual needs. Parents value the opportunities to be involved in their child's learning.

• Staff do not consistently encou...rage children's interest in using different resources and materials to extend their creative skills. • Staff engage younger children well in songs and stories overall. However, they do not take all opportunities to extend children's enjoyment of filling in missing words or phrases to further encourage their early reading skills.
