This provision is good • The provider has created an inclusive and nurturing environment that values children's individuality successfully.

She is an effective role model for staff and the children, which helps them to build strong relationships with others from different backgrounds. • The provider works very closely with staff to benefit children. Staff are proud to be part of the 'family team' and recognise the difference they make to children's learning and well-being.

• Children, including those who speak English as an additional language and those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), make good progress in relation to their starting points. For... example, they develop strong social skills as they engage with their friends and adults. • Staff are very warm and enthusiastic practitioners.

This helps to form positive relationships with the children, who show that they are settled and feel emotionally secure. • Staff understand their responsibilities for safeguarding children. They work together to check the premises and supervise children effectively to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

• Staff have not fully considered how to make effective use of the outdoors to support children's play. • Sometimes, the noise levels are too high, such as during group times. This does not thoroughly support children's learning and enjoyment.
