Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is good • The club is well managed. The provider and staff have been committed to making ongoing improvements to the club. Evaluation systems are used well to help identify strengths in practice and areas for improvement.

Actions raised from the last inspection have been successfully addressed. • Children benefit from a wide range of well-planned activities. This includes football coaching, ballet, tennis and keep fit.

Children are excited to come to the club and quickly become involved. • Children enjoy their time at the club and are relaxed and settled. They are extremely sociable with each other and say they particularly like playing outdoors and meetin...g up with their friends.

• Children's well-being is promoted very well by staff. Children develop positive relationships with staff, who are kind, attentive and caring. • Parents are very positive about the club.

They value the support that staff provide to children and say that their children are very happy in a 'home-from-home' environment. Although staff have good relationships with parents, effective systems to inform parents of their children's ongoing achievements have not yet been embedded. • Partnership working with host schools has not been fully established to successfully support children's' learning and development.
