Recent training has helped staff to identify further strategies to help children learn to manage their feelings and behaviour. Some pre-school staff are due to begin extensive training in supporting children's early literacy skills. • Staff know children's individual needs well and plan successfully for their learning.

They provide children with a wide range of exciting learning experiences that motivate them to play, explore and make new discoveries.
