This provision is good • Children make good progress in their learning from the start.

Staff work with parents and other professionals involved in children's care to plan and support their progress well. • Staff provide a warm welcome to children and build trusting relationships with them. Children arrive happy and keen to seek out their friends and to share news with staff.

• Staff maintain good standards of safety, and supervise children closely to keep them safe. They follow procedures efficiently in the event of any accidents, and management notifies Ofsted of all required changes and incidents. • The manager and staff evaluate the quality of the provision efficientl...y to prioritise and make improvements, and encourage parents to share their views.

Parents comment that staff meet children's needs well, support their personal interests and communicate closely to keep them informed. • Staff do not help children to learn all their behaviour expectations consistently, with particular regard to not running indoors. • The manager does not use children's assessments to monitor the progress made by different groups of children as well as possible in order to identify and close any gaps in their development more effectively.
