This provision is outstanding • Staff establish outstanding relationships with children.

They get to know them and their individual personalities incredibly well. Children are exceptionally enthusiastic and enthralled during their time at the club. Children have amazing levels of self-worth.

• The manager and staff establish extraordinarily positive partnerships with other professionals. This helps provide children with an exceptionally consistent approach to their play experiences. For instance, staff regularly observe children in their classes with the teachers at the school and set targets together.

• All staff evaluate their practice amazingly well. For exam...ple, they have daily discussions, which include children, to reflect on the success of the play experiences provided. Staff use the findings to enhance the extremely engaging activity plans, which children freely add to.

• Children have outstanding opportunities to gain challenging and highly impressive physical skills. For instance, they enjoy activities such as using stilts, and climbing walls and trees. Children are excited to participate in gymnastic sessions and use balancing beams and jump off gym boxes onto landing mats, safely and gracefully.

• Children have excellent respect and understanding for other people's similarities and differences. They learn about an extensive range of traditions linked to other countries. For example, children use materials to make their own saris and create henna pattern tattoos.

• All staff establish outstandingly positive partnerships with parents. They keep them exceptionally well informed in their children's time at the school and club. For example, staff routinely share details of children's fascinating play experiences and the activities that they enjoy at the club, such as ideas for science experiments to try at home.
