Children and their families benefit greatly from this. • Staff plan highly effective activities that are based on precise observations and assessments of children's learning. The activities are further enriched through a wide variety of extracurricular activities, such as music and art sessions.

As a result, children make very good progress from their starting points. • Staff are very warm and caring practitioners. This helps them to develop superb relationships with the children and their... families.

Children, including babies, gain high levels of emotional and physical well-being. • The management team follows rigorous recruitment and vetting procedures to help check the suitability of all staff. This means children are only looked after by staff who are suitable and capable to do so.

• Staff place a very strong emphasis on keeping children safe. For example, they complete thorough checks of the premises, including outings, to minimise hazards to children. Staff deployment is carefully planned throughout the day to help keep children safe.
