All staff understand very well the need to keep every child safe. They undergo regular training and know how to identify concerns. Staff carry out regular risk assessments for outings.

They understand how to keep children safe online and are aware of potential harm from radicalisation. • All staff understand how to support children's learning and development. Activities focus on supporting children's communication and language skills, social skills and emotional development.

Children enjoy activities that include art, craft, messy play, sand, water and growing plants. Children have access to a well-e...quipped outside area that challenges and stimulates their interest and learning. • Senior staff strive for excellence within the provision at all times.

They seek the opinions of staff, parents and children. They have a clear vision for the future, reaching out to the wider community to achieve this aim. There is a very effective system in place for ongoing staff training, which promotes positive outcomes for children.

• The setting has very close links with parents and families. Staff are aware of the needs of the wider community. They work extremely closely with other agencies involved in family welfare, offering excellent support and respite.

• Children's needs are met very effectively. Meeting children's health needs, educational needs and emotional needs is paramount to staff. There were no children present when this inspection took place.

The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation.
