This helps children to develop a good sense of belonging and promotes their self-esteem. • Children have good opportunities to develop and challenge their physical skills. They explore different ways to move.

For example, children enjoy practising their gymnastic skills, such as completing cartwheels. • The manager and staff effectively review their practice together. For instance, they hold daily discussions to evaluate how well activities occupy children.

This helps staff plan play experiences to keep children... motivated during their time at the club. • Staff provide children with several opportunities to develop their creative skills. For instance, they enjoy making interesting items, such as jewellery and dream catchers.

• Staff help children to understand other people's similarities and differences. For example, children learn about other cultures and countries and enjoy trying on traditional costumes, such as Indian saris and Chinese gowns. • Children are independent.
