This provision is goodnThe management team are passionate about providing a good-quality nursery provision. They work closely with the well-qualified staff to maintain high standards of care and education for all children. Staff have children's best interests at the heart of everything they do.

This helps children to feel happy, valued and safe.nThe nursery is set out attractively with good-quality equipment and clearly defined areas of learning. This means children can easily make decisions about what they want to do and initiate their own play and learning.

nStaff work particularly well together, which helps to support the good organisation of the nursery. They provide ...a relaxed, fun and homely atmosphere where children behave well, and each child is respected and valued. Staff are very confident in their role and responsibilities.

They provide a highly inclusive environment for all children.nStaff make regular observations of children as they play. They plan for what children need to learn next.

Children's achievements are carefully monitored, which contributes towards ensuring that all children are making good progress. nThe nursery provides a very stimulating and attractive learning environment for children to play in. The wonderful outdoor area is extremely well thought out and includes a natural garden, planting and growing areas, water wall and mud kitchen.

nPartnerships with parents and carers are a strength of the nursery. Staff get to know the children and their families very well. Parents are kept fully informed about their children's progress.

They are very complimentary about the care and learning that their children receive. nStaff do not consistently obtain precise information from parents when children first start in order to help them quickly and accurately assess children's starting points. nChildren do not have enough opportunities to explore the environment and community in which they live.
