The provision is outstanding • Leaders and managers demonstrate a meticulous approach to planning staff development and support. They strive to enhance the excellent level of teaching and learning, across the age ranges.

Staff are wholly committed and maximise use of the regular meetings they have with their managers. They discuss, and agree, ways to strengthen further their existing skills to support continuously improving outcomes for children. • Partnership working with parents and carers is highly effective.

Parents are delighted with the progress that their children make at nursery, particularly in their confidence and language skills. Staff use a range of innovativ...e methods to inform parents about children's progress and how their learning can be supported at home. There is a consistent and shared approach that promotes excellent outcomes for children.

• The well-qualified staff demonstrate their enjoyment of working with children through their extremely positive interactions with them and with each other. They are superb role models and provide children with a wealth of praise and encouragement. Children's behaviour is exemplary, relative to their age.

• Staff swiftly identify possible gaps in children's learning. They work very closely with other professionals to secure any extra support that families need. This helps to ensure that children are happy and make the best possible progress.

• Staff know the children in their care exceptionally well. Children's needs are promptly met and they develop secure attachments with staff and each other. They are wonderfully confident, engaged and motivated learners.
