The provision is good • The management team has high expectations, and regularly evaluates the club's environment and play opportunities. For example, the manager seeks the views of parents and children, to identify areas of the provision to develop further.

• Staff have secure knowledge and understanding of how to promote children's learning and development. They gather useful information from parents about children's personal needs, dietary requirements and special educational needs and/or disabilities when they first join the club. This helps children settle quickly and form positive relationships with their peers.

• Staff know the children well and support them in a ...safe and secure environment. Children are eager to attend the club. They are happy and respect each other.
