This provision is good The management team has high expectations of both staff and children. They are supported effectively by dedicated and knowledgeable senior staff members.

Incorporating the views of both parents and children, self-evaluation is constantly used to make targeted improvements. For example, children benefit from the introduction of interesting and stimulating ways to learn about healthy eating, and how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Staff are kind, warm and gentle.

They create an inclusive and caring atmosphere in which children thrive. Children's emotional well-being is skilfully nurtured and staff improve children's outcomes. Staff are particularly effe...ctive in supporting children's mathematical skills and emerging writing.

All children make good progress from their different starting points. Parents particularly praise the amount of information they receive from staff. They say they are supported well in extending their children's learning at home.

Children benefit from the consistency in their learning. It is not yet outstanding because: While staff provide good opportunities for children to engage in a range of activities inside, they do not support those who prefer to learn outdoors, as effectively. Staff do not consistently provide children with the time to complete their activities to their own satisfaction.
