This provision meets requirements • Leaders have a secure knowledge of safeguarding issues. They understand the signs when a child may be at risk of harm. Leaders ensure staff know the procedures to follow if they have a concern about a child's welfare.

• Staff undertake relevant training, including for safeguarding and paediatric first aid. They have regular supervision meetings to help them reflect on their practice. • Leaders recognise the importance of evaluating their practice and seek the views of parents and children to make ongoing improvements to the service they offer.

• Leaders and staff know how to plan activities and offer a wide variety of activities for ch...ildren's play. They recognise the importance of working in partnership with parents, other professionals and settings children attend to complement children's experiences outside of the club. • Leaders know how to support good behaviour and help children to be considerate and respectful of others.

They recognise the importance of supporting children's understanding of diversity and of healthy lifestyles. • Leaders understand how to ensure the premises are suitable for children and how to help children feel safe and secure. There were no children present when this inspection took place.
