Children are calm. They show independence, and a friendly, bustling and chatty environment is quickly established.The relationship between staff and children is very good.
Staff are welcoming and greet all children enthusiastically. They are quick... to praise children when they are being kind and helpful, and children clearly relish this and look for ways to support each other. Children display high levels of self-esteem and confidence.
Children of different ages readily play with each other and show high levels of engagement. Staff model good language skills, and children adopt these when socialising with each other or when sitting for snack time.
