This provision meets requirementsnStaff and leaders demonstrate a good knowledge of Safeguarding.

They have a detailed knowledge of the procedures to follow should a child be at risk of harm. The Safeguarding lead is fully aware of how to identify children who are at risk of wider safeguarding issues, such as, radicalisation. nStaff are aware of the importance of creating consistent experiences to meet the individual needs and interests of children.

Staff have a good understanding regarding the complex needs of children who attend, to develop their skills.nStaff understand the importance of completing regular observations and assessments of children's learning. Furthermor...e, they understand how to work in partnership with parents and to share information with relevant agencies to ensure children make progress.

nStaff acknowledge the importance of providing a warm, understanding and nurturing learning environment where children can form caring relationships with them.nLeaders support staff through regular supervision, and targets are set by leaders to create a positive culture of professional development. Staff access a wide variety of training to update their knowledge of how to enhance the opportunities they offer to children.

nLeaders hold daily reflective meetings to encourage staff to evaluate the learning environment, the development of children, and their own practice.nLeaders understand how to promote children's health and safety. They discuss procedures for reviewing risk assessments, manual handling and the management of medication.

The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation.
