This provision is good • Managers strive for the best and continuously reflect on what they provide, seeking ways to improve their provision. They take account of feedback from children and parents to help them to develop their good practice even further.

• Staff plan a wide range of interesting and enjoyable activities, both indoors and outdoors. There is a strong focus on physical activities, and children have daily opportunities to undertake a wide range of sporting activities, such as archery, netball and bungee run. • Children are friendly and self-assured.

They make new friends easily and talk with confidence to authorised visitors at the club about the activities ...they have participated in. Children behave well, and thoroughly enjoy their time at the camp. • Staff are good role models.

They are caring, and children form warm relationships with them. Children understand routines and respect each other. They play together harmoniously and share resources.

Children's social skills develop well. • Staff provide a safe and secure environment for the children. They carry out robust risk assessments to identify and remove the risk of potential hazards to children.

• Parents are knowledgeable about their children's experiences. They provide positive comments. They say that staff are caring and friendly, and that their children are happy.

• At times, group activities are not effectively organised. This occasionally leads to children getting bored, and they do not fully benefit from the range of activities offered. • Staff do not routinely help children to develop an understanding of how healthy eating contributes to a healthy lifestyle.
