Systems to assess the quality of the provision are extremely effective. Improvements are precisely focused and swiftly acted upon. The quality of teaching is excellent.

Staff are extremely dedicated and demonstrate an exceptional knowledge of child development and how babies and young children learn. Partnerships with other professionals are extremely well developed. Staff and the manager share regular information with others.

They provide effective support to meet the individual needs of all children, including those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities and offer a sustai...ned approach to their care and learning needs. The environment, resources and highly stimulating activities available to children are incredible. Young children are deeply involved and naturally curious, confident and demonstrate extreme motivation to learn.

Children are aware from a young age of the importance of being healthy. For example, they carry out excellent hygiene procedures and take part in growing their own vegetables. Children access fresh air, are active and develop their emerging physical skills.
