They have fun with friends of different ages and are happy and relaxed. nThe management team completes regular risk assessments and daily safety checks to make sure that the premises are kept secure and free of hazards.nChildren's behaviour is good.

Staff are positive role models for children to follow. For example, they praise and reward children's efforts and achievements with 'high fives' and verbal praise. Children develop strong bonds with staff and form good friendships.

nStaff supervise children effectively and talk about the importance of road safety, so children develop an awareness of keeping... themselves safe. Younger children are aware when crossing the road they must stay in their pairs and must walk on the inside of the pavement.nThe systems for professional development do not sharply focus on consistently supporting staff to improve their practice.

nStaff do not provide a broad range of activities or a suitable area for children to enjoy quiet activities. This does not fully support children to dictate their play experiences and support their own interests.nDuring nature activities, materials are not in place to fully engage children to maximise their experience.
