This provision is good Staff show enthusiasm and kindness towards children, who are motivated and interested in the club's activities. Children build strong relationships with their key person and all staff. They dedicate the special pictures that they draw to staff.

Staff have a good knowledge and understanding of how young children learn through play. Children are consistently included in planning and evaluating activities. This helps to provide them with a sense of belonging.

The management and staff team reflect on their practice well. They demonstrate a desire to drive forward continuous improvement. The views of children and parents are sought to help evaluate the ...provision.

Children say how they 'like the club a lot'. Parents fully appreciate the care that staff provide. They are well informed about their children's experiences during their time in the club and ways in which they can contribute further to them.

Parents describe the staff as 'amazing'. Children confidently engage in stimulating activities. Staff support them to follow an instruction book to create an electrical circuit.

They work out how to join together various electrical components to enable cogs to rotate. It is not yet outstanding because: Staff do not always offer rich experiences outdoors all year round, particularly to extend fully the interests of those children who prefer to play in this environment. Staff do not consistently enhance children's social skills.
