Staff have a range of expertise and skills that they bring to the club. They understand their roles and responsibilities and are clear about safeguarding procedures.Staff ensure that the premises are safe and suitable for children.

For example, they carry out daily checks of the premises before children arrive effectively and assess any risk an activity may pose. This helps to minimise all potential risks to children. Staff are deployed well at the club.

They supervise children during activities and routines to help to maintain their safety. Some staff hold a current paediatric first-aid certificate to help them respond to emergencies quickly.Children thoroughly enjoy the planned activities provided and participate fully.
