Summary of key findings for parents

This provision is outstanding • The enthusiasm of the manager inspires staff, children and parents to build on the activities and resources of the club to make it the best it can be. Excellent reflections and use of feedback contribute to inspiring experiences, such as providing additional costumes to support children's imaginations superbly as they create musical and acting performances for friends. • Staff interact with children tremendously well.

They use their excellent skills and knowledge of the children to recognise when they need to step in and help and when to stand back. Children develop fantastic self-esteem and confidence and are motivated to persevere at tasks. • Chi...ldren's behaviour is exceptional.

Older and younger children cooperate brilliantly with each other, they develop rules for shared games and show fantastic respect for others. • There are highly stimulating play spaces for the children indoors and outdoors. The manager and staff make effective use of the school playing field and community centre adventure play spaces to provide superb opportunities for children's physical play.

• The staff have excellent relationships with parents, the school and others who care for the children. They share information with others, including for those children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Children benefit from highly consistent experiences that meet their needs and interests extremely well.
