This provision is outstanding Managers are greatly enthusiastic and passionate about what they do.

They have a strong understanding of their key roles and responsibilities. This helps to ensure children's welfare is promoted at an outstanding level. Staff use the firmly established settling-in process to get to know children and their families in depth when they start.

Children settle extremely quickly. They are incredibly happy attending. Parents comment that they would highly recommend the club.

The environment is extremely well organised, bright and stimulating. Children demonstrate high levels of motivation and engagement to absorb themselves in different ex...periences. They express that they really enjoy spending time at the club.

Staff interact with the children very positively. They observe children carefully and are very responsive to their emerging interests. They plan rich, interesting and varied activities.

All children continually progress very well in their learning. Children are extremely independent. Staff gently and skilfully encourage children to take responsibility for their own belongings, manage their own self-care needs and choose what they want to do, explore or play with.

Partnership working is very strong. Staff work very closely with parents and the school that children attend to share two-way information about children's care and development. This helps to foster excellent continuity.
