This provision is outstandingnThe manager has an uncompromising ambition towards improvement, which brings forth first-class results. For example, the outside area has been significantly enhanced and children effortlessly move between outdoors and inside. They promptly engage in exciting activities, alert, eager and ready to have fun.

nStaff are extremely caring and give exceptional close attention to nurturing children's well-being. They greet each child by name and give them an immense sense of belonging to the holiday club from the start. Staff take careful account of individual differences and sensitively support children's confidence and self-esteem.

nChildren demons...trate an excellent understanding of the rules and expectations, which they have developed with the staff team. Staff are superb role models. They teach children to respect one another exceptionally well.

Children play cooperatively and their behaviour is impeccable. nParent partnerships are excellent. Highly successful strategies are in place to involve parents in the sharing of information.

This helps to strengthen the excellent continuity of care, learning and enjoyment for the children. The manager is planning ways to enhance parents' already outstanding involvement in evaluating the setting. nStaff praise the children's effort and achievements constantly to raise their confidence and motivation.
