This provision is outstanding • The manager is passionate in her pursuit of excellence. She and the leadership team monitor children's progress and the effectiveness of the provision extremely well. They have an accurate understanding of where further improvements could be made to secure even higher outcomes for children.

• Staff carry out exemplary observation, assessment and planning. They have exceptional skills in leading and extending children's learning. • Children show high levels of resilience and demonstrate exceptionally positive attitudes towards their learning.

They are competent mathematicians, skilful readers and creative thinkers. • Children learn to behav...e exceptionally well. Older children, in particular, work independently, share their games and play fairly with others.

Throughout the nursery, children thrive and have enormous fun. • Children have excellent opportunities to respect and understand the similarities and differences of people in the wider world. They thoroughly enjoy an extensive range of interesting activities, for example, learning about their own and different families.

• Exceptionally strong partnerships have been established with parents. These help to ensure children's interests, abilities and needs are understood and expertly met. Parents praise staff enormously for the extensive variety of play on offer, enjoyable learning and wonderful outdoor play opportunities.
