This provision meets requirements Children are at the centre of this unique and exhilarating club. Staff and leaders create a warm, fun and inspirational environment that ignites children's curiosity and interest. They settle very quickly and become deeply immersed in fascinating activities.

Children have opportunities to choose what they would like to explore next with support from knowledgeable staff. For example, children choose to become involved in helping with serving dinner to their peers. They use the cutlery with great control and adhere to hygiene standards with confidence.

Children speak with their peers and encourage them to make healthy choice...s. This helps them feel valued and it supports their emotional resilience. Staff and leaders have very high expectations of children.

They rise to the challenge exceptionally well, while showing high levels of respect and consideration towards staff and their peers. Children behave very well, have good manners and manage any conflicts with empathy and patience. Children form nurturing and positive relationships with the staff, who in turn attend to their needs with kindness and reassurance.

Staff continuously praise children for their efforts and recognise their achievements. This helps children feel appreciated and involved and it boosts their confidence and self-esteem.

Staff and leaders offer a diverse and inclusive practice.

They take children's interests into consideration when planning a range of stimulating activities. Staff take the time to get to know all children through extensive settling-in sessions and meaningful collaboration with the parents. They ensure that children are always settled, happy and fully engaged with inspirational activities that motivates them to become positive learners.

Staff and leaders are excellent role model for all children. They model language well and explain and demonstrate activities effectively. For example, at the beginning of each session, staff complete the registers to ensure children's safety and welfare.

They also brief children on the activities and plans for the day, giving them the opportunity to make informed decisions.Staff and leaders create fantastic activities to foster children's natural curiosity and sense of discovery. They motivate children to explore salt, glue and paint to create beautiful pictures of jellyfish.

Staff deliver instructions effectively and children use the resources with creativity and determination. Children talk to their peers about what they are doing and collaborate well as a team. Furthermore, children experiment with the resources available to create new textures and structures.

This helps support their problem-solving skills and cognitive development.Children have an amazing time accessing equipment to build on their gross motor skills, balance and coordination. They happily engage with their peers in a game of football, following the instructions correctly and persevering when challenges occur.

Children also love playing tennis with their peers to strengthen their hand-eye coordination and competitive spirit. They laugh and giggle with excitement, displaying high levels of energy. This further develops their social interactions and consolidates friendships.

Staff benefit from regular meetings and training sessions to further develop their skills and knowledge. They feel well supported in their roles and included in planning meaningful activities for all children. In addition, staff report they are very happy to work at this club.

Leaders have a very clear and ambitious vision for their club. They constantly reflect on their practice and strive to deliver high-quality care and inspirational activities for the children. Staff embrace leaders' vision and continuous drive for improvement with motivation and commitment.

Leaders and staff have formed positive relationships with the local school with the view to provide great continuity of care and education.Partnerships with parents are strong and effective.
