The provision meets requirements The manager understands his role to protect children from harm. He ensures staff are familiar with the procedures to safeguard children and keep them safe.

The manager understands the importance of making sure staff are well supported in their roles. For example, he offers regular supervision and staff have access to continuing professional development opportunities, including paediatric first-aid training.

The manager knows how to support children to stay healthy. For example, he recognises th...e importance of providing regular opportunities for children to play outdoors and develop their physical skills. The manager values the importance of self-evaluation to maintain standards.

He seeks the reviews of others, such as parents, children and staff to help improve the provision further. There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation.
