This provision does not meet requirements • Safeguarding is ineffective. The designated safeguarding person has still not attended a child protection training course.

Actions from the previous inspection have not been fully met. The provider and the manager lack knowledge of the procedures to report concerns or what to do if an allegation is made against a member of staff or themselves. This is also a breach of the requirements of the Childcare Register.

The provider has resigned from the Early Years Register but if they had not done so, Ofsted would have taken enforcement action. • The manager is not aware of her duty to prevent children from being radicalised or being ...exposed to extremist views and opinions. • The provider ensures that all staff working with the children are suitable to do so.

• The provider understands his responsibility to ensure children have access to a good range of resources and materials. • The provider is aware of his responsibility to provide children with a nutritious and healthy diet. There were no children present when this inspection took place.
