They say their children settle quickly, due to the caring and welcoming staff team. • Staff are supported well by the management team. Managers ensure staff receive regular training and opportunities for professional development.

They are warm, caring and have good relationships with them. Hence, all children settle quickly after arriving at the nursery. • Managers have identified that staff require support with the use of the new system for tracking and assessment.

They are reviewing this to ensure all individual children's assessments reflect all areas of their learning. • Overall, children behave well at the setting. However, occasionally when children do not move around in a safe manner, staff do not routinely explain why some behaviours are undesirable.
