This provision is goodnStaff skilfully and naturally interact with babies and older children.

Caring, soothing conversations ensure that babies and older children are safe and secure, developing their self-esteem and confidence. nThe settling-in process, transitions between rooms, and the transition on to schools are well planned to meet individual needs. This supports children to feel safe and secure.

nStaff talk to children about healthy eating and introduce healthy practices, such as wearing sun hats on hot days.nStaff promote imaginative play well. Children have opportunities to dress up and role play both indoors and outdoors in the well-organised environment.
...r/>nStaff in the baby room provide an extremely nurturing and gentle environment for babies. Babies settle quickly and thrive, confidently separating from their parents.nStaff communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's care and development.

Parents are encouraged to be involved in their children's learning, for instance through questionnaires, parents' evenings and home-learning opportunities. nThe manager has an accurate understanding of what she needs to do to improve. She values the views of staff, children and parents.
