This provision is outstanding • The pre-school is very well organised. The manager is passionate and staff are dedicated.

They fully understand their key responsibilities. This helps to promote children's learning, safety and welfare at an exceptionally high level. • The quality of teaching and learning interactions between the staff and children is remarkable.

The manager meticulously tracks children across different groups and reviews carefully their progress. She makes the best possible use of the information obtained to successfully narrow gaps in their learning. • Staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) exceptionally well and... help them to make superb progress from their starting points.

They develop excellent partnerships with a range of professionals to help create a highly consistent approach for children. Outcomes for children are outstanding. • Staff give high regard to children's emotional well-being, confidence and self-assurance.

Children build excellent relationships with their key persons and show that they feel safe and confident to express their feelings. • Staff create a learning environment that is highly inviting. They are extremely supportive at helping children to develop all of the skills needed to engage in meaningful play and learning.

Children are fully equipped for their future learning to continue their education at school. • Partnerships with parents are exceptional. Managers and staff foster excellent relationships with parents.

They exchange detailed information to help ensure highly tailored care and education are offered to individual children. Parents are highly complimentary about the educational support and exemplary care that their children receive. They comment that their children 'are given the best possible start in life'.

• Children's safety and well-being are of the utmost importance. Staff are extremely vigilant and ensure the environment is safe and secure for children. The manager ensures this is monitored rigorously through effective use of risk assessments.
