This provision is outstanding • The members of the management team use their experience and extensive knowledge extremely well to provide a highly stimulating learning environment.

They are extremely passionate about their role and are driven in their pursuit of excellence. The management team continually reflects on ways to raise the quality of the provision to the highest level. It actively seeks the views of others to further enhance continuous improvements.

• Staff are highly skilled at using their knowledge of how children learn, and they create a wealth of rich learning opportunities. They know the children very well and provide challenging activities to support th...eir individual development. Children are highly motivated and deeply engaged in play that captures their interest and curiosity.

• Children are highly engaged and motivated to learn. They make rapid progress in all areas of learning. Their language development is very successfully promoted through a wide range of timely interventions and initiatives.

• The deputy manager is meticulous in her monitoring of children's learning. She scrutinises the progress of individual children and that of different groups. Gaps in their development are highlighted and are closing rapidly.

Children whose development is below typical levels on entry make excellent progress as a result of timely intervention and targeted learning. • Extremely strong support from a key person for each child helps children to develop secure emotional attachments quickly. Staff provide children with a nurturing environment where they develop superb relationships with their peers.

Children are extremely happy and confident. • Staff use excellent behaviour strategies and teach children to respect one another exceptionally well. Children play cooperatively, and their behaviour is exemplary.
