nManagers understand that developing strong partnerships with the host school is important. They have use of the school facilities, such as the hydrotherapy pool, sensory room and specialist equipment, which they intend to use to help meet the differing needs of children who may attend.nManagers and the staff team are knowledgeable about working with children with special educational ne...eds and/or disabilities.

They plan to provide an inclusive environment. The programme of activities they intend to offer is varied and can be tailored for children's specific needs, interests and capabilities. nManagers and staff value and understand the importance of working closely with parents.

They intend to get to know the families before they start. They have plans in place to help them obtain detailed information about children's care and medical needs, and their disabilities and special educational needs.nManagers and staff attend regular safeguarding training.

They know about signs of abuse and the procedure to follow if they have a concern about a child's welfare. nManagers recognise the value of obtaining the views of parents, children and staff to help them evaluate what they provide and further develop the service on offer.
