This provision is outstanding • The nursery is expertly run and managed by an incredibly knowledgeable, highly skilled and qualified management team.

Managers are passionate, driven and show a complete dedication to providing the highest quality care and education for all children. They are forward thinking and consistently reflect on all areas of practice, swiftly identifying where improvements can be made. • Parents are highly valued as their child's first and most important educator.

Staff work extremely hard to create an entirely collaborative approach to children's learning. They provide a wealth of opportunities for parents to contribute to and be involved in their... children's learning. • The quality of teaching is outstanding.

Children and staff alike become entirely captivated in play, as staff show a genuine interest and passion for their role in promoting children's love of learning. • Systems to monitor children's progress are completed with meticulous detail. They provide a comprehensive account of the progress made by each child and groups of children over time.

This helps to ensure early intervention is sought and programmes of support are implemented swiftly. Children make excellent progress in their learning. • Staff create a culture of mutual respect and understanding where children develop excellent skills in sharing, taking turns and working collaboratively together.

They learn the language of feelings, demonstrate positive behaviour and have wonderful opportunities to learn about people in the wider world. • Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive superb support.
