The manager works with them to evaluate their teaching and develop a consistent approach that supports children's learning well.

• On occasions, staff interrupt children's play to carry out the daily routines. This does not fully support children's learning and enjoyment. • At times, staff do not use the detailed information obtained from parents on entry about what their child knows and can do, to establish starting points as soon as possible.
