Staff reflect on and are confident to question current practice and seek ways to improve even further children's enjoyment and safety. For example, they plan to provide even greater choice of outdoor activities. nChildren thoroughly enjoy their time at this busy, friendly holiday club.

They say that they especially enjoy being able to choose who to play with and what to do. Staff provide a wealth of interesting activities and experiences based... around children's interests and that build on children's growing knowledge and skills.nStaff are exceptionally attentive towards the children and look out for any who look lost or uncertain.

They play alongside children, ensuring that all are included and having fun.nStaff talk to parents about their child's individual needs and interests when they first start. They keep parents extremely well informed about their child's day.

Parents and children speak very highly about the club, the 'fantastic variety of activities' provided and the 'very kind and helpful' staff. nChildren's behave exceptionally well. They are respectful, polite and kind.

Staff are exemplary role models as they value and nurture every child, helping them become extremely confident and self-assured.nStaff create cosy enclosed places within the playroom. However, they do not always make best use of available areas to accommodate fully children who prefer to play in a quieter space.
