This provision is outstanding • Staff provide a dynamic and vibrant environment, both indoors and outside, in direct response to children's ideas and interests. • The manager leads her team by example, as an enthusiastic advocate for children's play and well-being.

She has a strong vision for the future and is already implementing ambitious plans to develop and improve the outdoor area. • Children really enjoy attending the club. They are highly confident and articulate, expressing their views and ideas to staff and visitors, knowing they are listened to and respected.

• Partnerships with parents are highly successful. Staff see them as an integral part of the club and v...alue their contributions enormously. Staff keep parents well informed about their child's achievements and maintain highly effective communication in a variety of ways.

• Children's behaviour is impeccable. They feel very much at home at the club and are eager to be involved in activities, make friends and support one another. They respect diversity in others and make strong relationships with staff and other children alike.
